I am a German native, born and raised in Germany, but I’ve been on the east coast for more than 20 years now, in the Baltimore / Washington D.C. area.

I studied Graphic Design at the University of Maryland and worked as a Graphic Designer for a financial and book publishing company for over a decade. There, I took on many responsibilities and worked my way up to lead a team of designers, as the Art Director, learning all about marketing strategies, publishing and the design business. While working on my professional career, I also nurtured a freelancing design business, creating long-lasting relationships with clients.

I have been drawing floor plans since I was a little child and the word blueprint has a lot of meanings to me. It’s not just a floor plan, it’s an identity, it’s a layout, it’s a guide, it’s efficiency, it’s a tool, it’s a map to reveal every aspect of a creation. That plus adding a unique, strategic and creative vision is what graphic design and my services are all about.

My goal is to bring your vision to life, whether that’s an identity with a new logo, branding your company, creating marketing assets to support your existing branding and company, laying out books or helping you self-publish, it’s all about illuminating your unique vision, your identity, your blueprint. And that’s how Creative Blueprint Design was born.
